Q. Does that mean I am also a part of the national Friends of the Earth group?
A. No, although the local group has the support of the national group, it is run autonomously, so any funds we need to raise to make a difference in North Somerset, have to be raised locally.

Q. What will my membership fee be used for?
A. It will be used:
to raise awareness of campaigns in North Somerset
to help persuade North Somerset council to bring in more environmentally friendly measures
to raise awareness of issues in our community
to help recruit more members who can help to make a difference.
